Organisational use
An organisation may need a data processing agreement where it determines the purpose and essential means of contestant processing and asks Quizidium to process that information on its behalf. Quizidium remains independently responsible for account, billing, security, fraud-prevention, legal-compliance and service-governance processing.
Contact support@quizidium.com before use where your organisation requires a DPA, procurement review, special retention, service levels or additional security terms. No draft DPA is executed merely because it is viewed or downloaded.
