Who is responsible
Quizidium is a product of FULL SIZE BLOKES GAMING LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17389558. Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. Contact us at support@quizidium.com.
FULL SIZE BLOKES GAMING LTD is responsible for personal information used to operate Quizidium except where a business customer is the controller and we act on its documented instructions. We remain responsible for our own account, billing, security, fraud-prevention, legal-compliance and service-governance processing.
Host information
Card details are entered into the hosted payment provider’s service. We retain references and transaction state needed to administer the order, not the complete card number or security code.
- Name, email address, account and authentication information.
- Quizzes, questions, media and event configuration.
- Order, product, hosted-payment reference, Event Credit, refund and acceptance records.
- Support, complaint, privacy and accessibility correspondence.
- Session, device, security, audit, reliability, closure and recovery information.
Contestant information
Contestants normally provide a display name, catalogue-avatar choice and room code. During play we process a participant/session identifier, admission, connection and attendance state, answers, response timing, score, rank and recovery state.
We do not require a contestant account, email address, legal name or precise age for ordinary launch play. Use a nickname and do not put sensitive information in a display name.
Purposes and lawful bases
We do not sell personal information or use launch-scope contestant information for behavioural advertising or AI-model training.
| Purpose | Working lawful basis |
|---|---|
| Register and secure a Host account | Contract; legitimate interests in account and service security |
| Provide quizzes and events | Contract for Hosts; legitimate interests in providing a requested, fair and secure event for contestants |
| Take payment and administer credits or refunds | Contract; legal obligation where applicable |
| Support, complaints and rights | Contract, legitimate interests or legal obligation depending on the request |
| Security, fraud prevention and service integrity | Legitimate interests; legal obligation where applicable |
| Required governance and claims evidence | Legal obligation and legitimate interests in establishing or defending legal claims |
Scoring and sharing
Quizidium automatically applies game rules to answers and timing to calculate scores and rankings. This affects the game display but is not intended to make a decision with legal or similarly significant effects.
Information may be seen by the Host, authorised controllers and the shared audience; by providers operating hosting, storage, monitoring, email, support, deployment and payment; and by advisers, regulators or authorities where necessary.
International transfers and retention
Where processing occurs outside the United Kingdom, we require an applicable UK adequacy regulation, approved contractual safeguard or another lawful mechanism, together with any required assessment and supplementary measure.
Detailed contestant and event information is targeted for deletion or irreversible anonymisation 30 days after successful finalisation. Host information normally remains while the account is active and through its closure-recovery period. Transaction and acceptance evidence may remain for up to six years where needed. See the Retention Summary.
Your rights and children
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, and to withdraw consent where consent is used. Children have privacy rights too.
Email support@quizidium.com. For an account-free contestant, provide only the room code, approximate event date/time, display name and Host details needed to find the session.
You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Quizidium uses high-privacy defaults for mixed-age contestants and does not ordinarily rely on a child’s consent for the gameplay needed to run a Host’s event.
