Fourteen-day cancellation promise
A Consumer Host may cancel an unused Event Credit purchase within 14 days after the contract is made without giving a reason. We refund an accepted cancellation to the original payment method within 14 days, subject to provider processing time.
Email support@quizidium.com with the account email and order reference. A clear statement that you wish to cancel is sufficient.
Starting an event permanently consumes its Event Credit. After full performance, a statutory cancellation right may end where the law permits, but rights for a faulty or misdescribed service remain.
Unused-credit review and service failure
For 60 days after purchase we also consider requests concerning unused Purchased Event Credits. This additional review is not automatic and does not reduce statutory rights.
If Quizidium fails and an event cannot reasonably be recovered or repeated, contact support. Depending on the circumstances, a remedy may include repeat performance, restored benefit, price reduction, refund or another mandatory remedy.
Approved monetary refunds go only to the original payment method. A browser return page does not prove completion; provider confirmation does. Never send support a complete card number or security code.
