Include only the minimum useful details: account email, safe order reference, room code, approximate event time and a description. Never send a password, recovery code, complete card number or card security code.
Complaint process
For an immediate risk of harm or crime, contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement service first. Then tell us what Quizidium content or access needs urgent review without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
- We record and acknowledge the complaint.
- We investigate the relevant product, transaction and evidence.
- We explain our outcome and any remedy.
- We provide escalation, regulator or alternative-dispute-resolution information where required.
