Who we are and when these Terms apply
Quizidium is a product of FULL SIZE BLOKES GAMING LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17389558. Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. Contact us at support@quizidium.com.
These Terms apply when you register for a Host account, buy or use an Event Credit, create content, prepare or run an event, or use Host, Presenter or controller features. The Privacy Notice, Acceptable Use Policy, Event Credit Terms and applicable cancellation and refund information form part of our agreement with you.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract to register for a Host account. A contestant does not enter a purchase contract with us merely by joining a room.
If you use Quizidium wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession, you are a Consumer Host. If you use it wholly or mainly for business purposes, you are a Business Host. Consumer Hosts keep all rights and remedies that the law says cannot be excluded or restricted.
Registration and account security
You must provide accurate information, keep it current and protect your password, recovery method and private control links. Tell us promptly if you believe your account, room code or control link has been compromised.
We may require reauthentication, revoke a session or temporarily restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, payments, data, the service or legal compliance.
Creating and running events
Before buying, we show the product, capacity, included features, Event Credit cost, total price and material limitations available for that purchase. Check that the selected product is suitable before paying.
The Host is responsible for suitable questions, media, venue, audience and display arrangements; protecting room and control access; and giving contestants the Participant Privacy and Safety Notice. Where children may take part, the Host must select age-appropriate content and supervise the event appropriately.
Quizidium uses authoritative state and safety rules. These controls may stop a room opening, an event starting, answers closing or results advancing until the required state is reached. Connection or Away information is distinct from an authorised absence decision.
Contestants and your content
Contestants normally join with a room code, chosen display name and catalogue avatar. They do not need an account. Display names, avatars, answers, scores and rankings may be visible to the Host and the room’s shared screen.
Do not require a contestant to use a legal name or enter sensitive personal information in a display name, question or answer.
You keep ownership of content you create or upload and give us a limited permission to host, copy, process, display and technically adapt it only as needed to provide, secure, recover and support the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions.
Quizidium content, payment and Event Credits
Quizidium software, design, catalogue artwork, avatars and animations belong to us or our licensors. Your account and Event Credits permit intended use of the service but do not transfer ownership or permit resale, scraping, reverse engineering or unauthorised copying.
Prices and the total payable amount are shown before an order. Card entry is handled by our hosted payment provider; never send card numbers or card security codes to support.
An Event Credit is a contractual right to prepare and start the product shown for that credit. It is not money or an investment. A credit is reserved when an event is prepared and consumed when authoritative event start succeeds. Cancelling before start releases the reservation where supported but does not by itself refund the purchase.
Availability, suspension and closure
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every device, browser, venue network or third-party service will work. Keep a reasonable backup of important quiz source material.
We may suspend or restrict access for security, maintenance, suspected fraud, non-payment, serious misuse or legal compliance. Where appropriate, we explain the reason and provide a challenge or remedy route.
You may request account closure through support. The Retention Summary explains recovery and the records that may remain for payments, disputes, security or legal obligations.
Responsibility, complaints and law
Nothing excludes liability where the law does not permit it, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing limits a Consumer Host’s mandatory statutory rights.
For Consumer Hosts, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for business losses suffered by a Consumer Host.

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers keep mandatory local protections and court rights. Business disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
