How credits work
An Event Credit is the right to prepare and start the product and capacity shown at purchase. The offer page shows quantity, included features, capacity, total price and any expiry before you order.
Credits are linked to the purchasing account, cannot be resold or transferred without written permission and are not cash or stored monetary value. A credit may be reserved while an event is prepared and is consumed only when authoritative event start succeeds.
Promotional credits have no cash value. We do not impose an expiry on a Purchased Event Credit unless it was clearly shown before purchase and recorded in the order confirmation.
The Cancellations, Refunds and Service Failures Policy applies. Mandatory consumer rights always take precedence.
