If the service closes
If we permanently close Quizidium or withdraw a paid product, we give as much notice as reasonably possible through the service, by email or both. The notice explains affected services, important dates, available access to Host content, prepared events, unused Purchased Event Credits and support.
Unused Purchased Event Credits are reviewed for refund to the original payment method, subject to mandatory rights, confirmed use and lawful restrictions. Promotional credits have no cash value unless the law requires otherwise.
Closure does not remove rights that arose before closure. Some transaction, complaint, security and legal records may remain for the period in the Privacy Notice and Retention Summary.
